"Ocean view, as advertised. Clean, spacious room, comfortable bed. Good sized mini-fridge, microwave. Showere pressure, while sufficient, was less than I'd have preferred. Check- in was very efficient and friendly and included a complimentary beverage."

"We enjoyed our stay immensely. Keith the host was great and helped me with my user error on operating the electronic keypad front door lock. He even texted later during our stay to make sure everything was OK. It was! We found the house kitchen to be unusually well-equipped for a vacation rental and clear directions were posted at the point of use for devices/appliances, and a helpful notebook of tips, instructions, etc. was also provided. Loved the roof deck. We brought old towels and sheets to dry dog and prevent tracking in sand, but a stack of old towels and sheets also was supplied for guests with pet who may not have thought to bring their own."

"We have rented many properties both on and off The Sea Ranch in this area and have never felt a need to provide a negative review of any of them. It is sad that this home, in such a fabulous location, is being neglected. Generally the house was clean however, a USED CONDOM WAS FOUND ON THE FLOOR OF BEDROOM #2! This is absolutely unacceptable, unsanitary and disgusting.The location and views are spectacular but it would appear that all but critical maintenance issues are being deferred. The hot tub enclosure has been damaged and open to the wind since at least 2023 making the enclosure unsafe and the hot tub basically unusable. Interior paint is in poor condition. Door stop is missing on master bath resulting in damaged wallboard. Furniture is getting tired. Exterior hose bibb handle is broken requiring operation with channel lock pliers left on the hose rack. For the price being charged, guests should expect better."

"I had a wonderful stay. The home was welcoming and comfortable, the kitchen was well stocked and instructions were clear. It was great to have a SR map so I could plan my days. I loved the deer on the lawn, the sounds of the birds, watching the stars from the bed in the loft or while enjoying the hot tub, and the exquisite quiet of Sea Ranch. The home is on the east side of Hwy 1, and I was initially skeptical, but the blue water and some white water views were gorgeous, and I could hear the waves crashing. Thank you!"

"Cari was very welcoming and everything was super easy to navigate from the check in process, using everything in the house, and more. Highly recommend. Only thing to be aware of is the second floor (where one bedroom and the bathtub is) is accessible with a steep spiral staircase. "
