“Our two ski families had a great stay near Searchmont. Everything was clean and tidy, with lots of space. Our hosts were extremely easy to reach and always making sure we were comfortable. One bedroom was in a living space (no door) which didn't cause us an issue, however worth noting for others.”

The inside of the home was impeccably decorated and furnished with all of the necessities. My family and myself felt right at home. “Weekend stay for 5 adults in this 3 bedroom, 2 bath like new home. Kitchen well equipped, new appliances and clean, crisp design. Comfortable beds. Location close to where we needed to be, plenty of parking. Next time we’d hope to use the cute back patio. Love the big window in the kitchen door. Stay here, we will again.”

“The apartment is in an established neighborhood and on the second floor. Large one bedroom with sufficient kitchen for our stay. My mother used the bedroom and I slept on the futon that I have to was my best night sleep in our two week road trip. Easy location to other amenities in the area and parking was a breeze. Clean and efficient apartment and my only comment is the stoop to enter the apartment needs a redo as the first step is too short and for my mother a little tricky to step up or……

“My mom and I stayed during our visit to Sault Ste. Marie for my daughter’s wedding. The house was a perfect place to come, and relax after some wedding prep. We used the kitchen to prep some goodies for the reception, and there was plenty of room. Everything was in great, working order! We did contact Althea since we had a little trouble signing on to the WiFi, but she was quick to respond. As stated in other reviews, the street was busy, but not horrible. We had no troubles navigating in and……

“Everything was as it should be- sort of.. This place sleeps up to 8 but only 2 can sit to together for meals....The NEST thermostat was problematic, never allowing cool nights for sleep. The location is ideal for accessing HWY17 north out of town and close to retail chains and restaurants.”
