Hi-Tide Oceanfront Inn
There were a few things that we addressed with the front desk and maintainance was at our door within minutes to fix them. I thought the view and breakfast were excellent!

Downtown Beach Cottage - Clean, 2 bed/2bath - Dog friendly-3 blks from beach.
Walking distance to promenade and beach. Clean and cozy home. Dog friendly, host was gracious about doggy accident the day we were checking out (well communicated and worked out solution). Only grips.. (first world problems).. the coffee pot dribbled unless you poured reeeally reeeally slowly otherwise ...
