“The house is beautiful and extremely well stocked. Plenty of everything. It is comfortable and the decor is very tasteful. A block away from the beach, few blocks from water park, everything was very easy. Owner answers questions right away and is on top of things. I recommend this house if you’re looking for a great house right in the heart of Seaside Height.”

Dave and Erica’s place provided us with the much needed privacy with their beautiful private dock and lounge chairs overlooking the bay, private access to our own kayak, paddle boat , great clean grill and amazing outdoor hot/cold shower. “House was clean and well maintained with plenty of space for 4 adults and 5 kids. Check in/out was smooth. There are stairs being that this is a townhouse, which works out nicely for spacing and separation, but something to consider if you have very young or old people in your party. (One child in our group was recovering from a broken leg, otherwise I wouldn't even have thought of this)”

The beds were very comfortable and the shower was amazing. The host was excellent, she responded promptly to any questions I had and was very accommodating . “The property was perfect! It accommodated adults and kids. The kids loved the bunk room with the TV and mini fridge, en suite bath and walk in closet. The owners equipped the place with all the conveniences for cooking and beach. The location was great, only a block to the boardwalk and beach but very quiet inside gated community with private pool.
