    This beautifully remodeled townhouse boasts a gas fireplace, spacious and open living room kitchen floor plan and is close to the beach and downtown. The master bedroom has a King bed and master bath with a walk in shower and double sink. The second bedroom has a Queen bed and custom bunk beds that include lighting and USB plug ins. Second bathroom is just off this bedroom. There is also a 1/2 bath just off the kitchen. This magnificent townhome is 1 short block from the prom and beach, 2 blocks to the convention center and 3 blocks to the turn around. Parking for 2 cars

Great location and a wonderful place to stay! The townhouse was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. We loved being within walking distance of the beach, shops, and restaurants. Check-in was easy, and the home had everything we needed. We would definitely stay here again!

We had a wonderful stay here. The entire home was very very clean. Host was quick to communicate and any notes about check in or departure were clear and simple. As described, location is close to all you could want to do in Seaside without being in the middle of the busy sidewalk. We would definitely stay again next time in Seaside!

Our family absolutely loved this rental home. It was a perfect walking distance to area activities, restaurants and the beach. It had everything we needed and more. Very clean and the host was fabulous.

We have been coming to Seaside yearly for the last 17 years. In that time we have stayed in all four of the town homes in that lot. This unit is our favorite. The TV is great with all the channel choices, lots of beach toys in the garage. Comfortable couch and chairs, great beds. The bunks are huge, my kids, both 6’3 sleep in the bunks with plenty of room. The sheets are great, the towels are super soft. It is perfectly located to walk to the beach, promenade, aquarium, restaurants , arcade, The Candy Man taffy and ice-cream store. Wish list 1. More family games 2. Tv in bedroom have TV channels 3. That’s it. Everything else is great. Sorry, we didn’t take pictures at the house.

We had a wonderful stay at the townhouse. Everything was very clean when we arrived. The location was perfectly located close to Broadway so we could easily walk to breakfast and the shops. The beach was also a very quick walk away. It was a chilly weekend, so having the fireplace was wonderful after a trip to the beach. If you ask our youngest (4), the best part of the house was the bunk beds. We would definitely stay here again.

Nice Stay

Have stayed here in the past and found it to be clean and comfortable, and of course a great location. A few minor gripes (water pressure in master bathroom shower and no cable or satellite TV) but I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again.
