Everything was great and met our needs wonderfully if I gave specifics it would take forever but I will say they had lots of puzzles and games, a foosball table idk how to spell it rn sorry, anyways it was great there were nice areas around etc. All the shops you could need no matter what one of my issues is there not being certain shops available and they had them all within walking distance

The house itself was fine..not a bad location. It was however, quite filthy. There was a baking dish with potatoes left in the oven, the tables were very greasy and sticky, crumbs on the counter, thick dust in plain view behind the television stand. There were also several long hairs on the pullout couch bedding. We opted not sleep in the rooms because one smelled overwhelmingly of mildew and the closet door in the other room seemed like a hazard for my 3 year old. The keurig seems like it should be replaced. I only successfully got it to work twice. The shower was nice though, wifi seemed to work okay in the living room and kitchen area. Also, nice and quiet.

Great fenced yard and big deck they were great for my dogs. set back from street so it was quiet also nice view from the deck.

The property is located in a quiet neighborhood. However the home had had a bad smell especially in the bedroom. Also the exhaust fan in the bathroom and the furnace return air vent in the hallway are filthy and need cleaning!

Quiet and comfortable

Loved the location, close to everything. Well suited for traveling with pets, or kids needing a fenced area to run around in. Plenty of towels and linens. Beds were comfortable for most of us in our family but they are on the firm side. Kitchen was well equipped. Front door was tricky to lock. The house was clean on our arrival. Did not use the sofa bed. A few odds and ends could use attention but overall I feel that for our budget it met our needs.

Only kitchen and bathroom remodeled. Carpets stained and stinky. Old beds. Furniture old and stained. Sleeper couch broken. Toaster broken pots scratched Wall drab green, no decor. The birds were great, the location close to the beach, But this Place needs work. Info communicated early, plus my desire to move. Ok if you pay $100 a night but I paid close to 3k for 1 week.

The location was great & communication with the Vacasa managers was super easy. We loved the foosball table in the garage, especially when it was misty outside. We also appreciated the fenced yard so our pup could explore freely. Unfortunately, the general condition of the house/ property was less than ok. As soon as we walked in there was a noticeable musty/ moldy odor to the entire home. We opened all the windows right away to air it out, which only sort of helped temporarily. The blinds in the master bedroom were broken and wouldn’t open so the air couldn’t come through the open window. When we opened the sleeper couch, one corner of the frame was completely bent downward. Our boys had to sleep on it backward so the blood wouldn’t rush to their heads overnight. We could barely even fold it back into the couch after they slept on it for one night because it was so bent up. We notified Vacasa right away so we wouldn’t be charged for damages, but it didn’t resolve the issue for that night. On the beds, we found a pillow with a dirty footprint on the “clean” pillowcase. In the bathroom, dead spiders stared back at us, the shower head kept turning to the wall, the towel bar fell off the wall repeatedly, & the “clean”/ folded towels were wet in the closet. On the patio, 2 of the chairs were in usable condition but the metal patio table/ chair set were almost rusted through. Overall, the location and price were good but not worth the grossness. We would not stay here again.

This property had lots of room,laundry, fenced yard for our dog and was walking distance to the beach! There was lots of kitchen amenities! We enjoyed our stay

Tucked back and relaxing

The home was a great fit for our family over a the weekend. It was a quick 5 minute walk to the beach and less than 15 to the Main Street.

Check out time was too early

The place was great. Nice and quiet with a nice view of the river. The only thing we didn't like was the 10:00 check out time. That was ridiculous. 11:00 which is standard is tough enough. Maybe rethink that time.

Nice, but...

The house was clean. My favorite room was the family room. It was very comfy. We had planned on spending time outside, but the deck furniture was rusty and not as clean or comfortable as I would have liked. The yard was perfect for our dog. The walk to the beach and town was very doable.

Yearly ocean trip

We normally go to Ocean Shores for our yearly family/friend ocean trip but this year we wanted something different. This house was amazing and everything we could want for our short stay. If we come back to Seaside I will be looking for this listing again!

Everything was great with the house except for some minor problems: 1. The front door coded lock did not work correctly, had to get help to access with a key. 2. Could not access the internet, our computer could not find the wifi network to log in.

Corgi Day at the Beach

Property was in great location, with great patio looking out over waterway. Unfortunately we will not book anymore rentals if VACASA is involved as their fees are way out of line. Lesson learned.

We stayed in this home for a short family get-away. We loved the location (down a small lane) and the deck was superb, great for morning coffee. We will be back!
