Inside, the sun-drenched main level welcomes you with floor-to-ceiling windows, a cozy living room with fireplace and soundbar-enhanced TV, and a bright dining area that opens to the deck. The gourmet kitchen is fully equipped for everything from casual bites to holiday feasts.

Upstairs, three luxurious master suites offer privacy and comfort. The primary suite includes a sitting area with stunning views, a wet bar with wine fridge, private washer/dryer, spa-like bathroom with heated floors, and personal climate controls. The second suite boasts a private balcony, coffee/wet bar, washer/dryer combo, sleek en-suite with heated floors, and its own heating and A/C—perfect for crisp coastal mornings. The third suite features a wet bar area with a mini fridge, sitting area with water views and a beautiful bathroom with a steam shower.

A charming main-level bunk room sleeps four and sits next to a full bathroom—ideal for kids or extra guests. The home sleeps nine comfortably.

Downstairs, a large media/game room provides space to spread out, with direct patio access for easy indoor-outdoor flow. You’ll also find a full laundry area—perfect for families or longer stays.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
