The Space:

Building Notice: Sand & Sea Condos will be undergoing essential exterior structural repairs on select sections of the building January through October.

During this period, there may still be visible signs of ongoing building work, and portions of the property surroundings may appear unfinished.

This home is not pet friendly and unauthorized pets will result in a $500 fine.

Property does not have AC, but does have floor to ceiling windows to let in the ocean breeze!

Smoking is not permitted inside the unit or on the property, including cigarettes, marijuana/cannabis, vaping devices, e-cigarettes, and other smoking substances.

Damage waiver fee covers accidental damage
