“Very clean and quiet. Nice pond view. Unfortunately we were not able to use the fire pit due to the gas key not fitting. Also could have used an icemaker and the freezer needs to be defrosted. Would also have appreciated bedside lighting in the downstairs bedroom. Overall we were happy with our stay.”

“Our stay at The River’s Edge in Seaside was exceptional. The fully equipped kitchen only rivals the extensive book collection and the basement full of toys for the kiddos. Five grandchildren ages 4 through 12 had endless hours of fun. Their parents and myself had plenty of space for private time as well as plenty of room to come back together. Our host was so lovely and accommodating, yet we hardly knew she was there. This house is great for making family memories.”

“This house was lovely! The photos do not do the location justice. The inside was well appointed and decorated and obviously very well cared for. We enjoyed the view from the dining room during meals. We only used the two upstairs bedrooms and both had comfortable beds and extraordinary views! We could not have asked for a better location for our sewcation. ”

“We really liked this place. We had 3 adults and 2 teens and there was plenty of room for everyone. We used all 3 bedrooms and even put a queen size air mattress that we brought with us in the living room for an extra bed. The beds are all in new condition and very comfy. I loved how there were extra blankets in the closets. The 3 bathrooms and two showers were very convenient. We also liked how there were a few kitchen appliances like a Keurig and a normal coffee pot and air fryer. The……
