「We had an amazing time staying at Jasmine's house. The house was exactly as described—clean, comfortable, and beautifully decorated. The kitchen was fully equipped, which made cooking meals a breeze. The beds were very comfortable, and we all slept well. Jasmine was fantastic—responsive, friendly, and provided great recommendations for things to do in the area. She made sure we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. 「We were contacted by the property manager that the original house we rented had a plumbing issue so he quickly made arrangements for us to stay at a nicer home at the same price. The communication with the property manager was much appreciated and the home we stayed in was comfortable with everyone having their own bedrooms. It was a quiet neighborhood and a nice place to stay while visiting Monterey.」

「I can’t say enough about this place! It is so spacious and the views are amazing! We were all in town for a family wedding and this place was only about 10 min from the warf and about 15 min to downtown Monterey. I loved the balcony on the front of the house and overall the stay and the house was perfect! 」

"This is an excellent budget hotel. Their cleanliness is outstanding, and the attention to detail is impressive. I truly believe this hotel has been severely underrated. Honestly, it’s fantastic and very comfortable — especially when it comes to hygiene, which is exceptional. On top of that, the price is very affordable. Its location is extremely convenient, right next to shopping malls, making it easy to meet all your needs for dining, shopping, and transportation. It’s a great place, and I can guarantee I will definitely come back again. "

"1.The hair dryer was broken, it didn't work at all, I asked the staff to give us another hair dryer and he refused, 2.the sound insulation of the room was very poor, the guests in the next room could hear clearly, it seriously affected the rest 3. I paid more for the breakfast here, but the breakfast ended at 9 o'clock, many guests didn't eat, it ended too early. It is very unreasonable 4.The quality of the mattress is very poor, the spring feeling is very obvious, the whole bed feels like shaking when it moves slightly and all the experiences are very poor. Would not stay at this hotel again. Would not recommend to other guests to stay here."
