FRAUDULENT

Owner cares about money. 1 hour prior to check in they simply said "we regret to inform you that the property is no longer available". They decided to cancel our booking and re-book for a larger rental price. I booked in March, This stay was in July. It coincided with a busy weekend in Seattle and they took advantage. This can happen to you. VRBO allows it.

Not really worth the hassle

There’s nothing horrible about this property, but I wouldn’t stay in a property managed by this property manager again. I stayed for a week with no shower curtain on the only shower in the home. The shower curtain rod was a tension rod with no tension that kept falling from the weight of the curtain until it quickly lost any ability to stay up at all & couldn’t be adjusted to fit. I asked for a replacement on the 2nd & 3rd days of my stay & was told both times that they’d send someone out, but they never did. I actually went home to wash my hair even though I’d rented this place because my own home needed work done. The curtains in the bedrooms are sheer so you can either put a show on for all the neighbors after dark or change clothes in another room if you want the light on. And all the neighbors back porch lights shine directly into the room when you’re trying to sleep. The hot water temperature was turned down so low that there was no “hot” water — it never got more than warm. The door wouldn’t latch on one of the bedrooms so you could open the door by literally just pushing on it with a finger. If you stayed with someone else, there would be no privacy for the person using that bedroom. There are other places at a similar price point that are much better managed.
