Cute apartment in good location

Overall apartment was nice and in a convenient location. Decent amenities. It had plenty of space and a full kitchen which was nice since we were in town for Christmas. Unfortunately we were without power in the master bedroom and bathroom, which while not anyone's fault did kind of make it less than ideal.

Modern and clean.

Never received the Latch instructions. Couldn’t operate the parking garage door or use the gym without it. The Loft was very clean and beautiful. Internet was a challenge. Overall very enjoyable. Thanks to the host!

This was a beautiful corner loft unit with gorgeous light. The nearby trails were great. It was in a bustling area with lots of outdoor activity. The unit was a bit too warm when I arrived (74 degrees) and the WiFi and cell service were not strong enough to use the required app inside the building. The host was super responsive and helpful.

Clean new apartment - great stay

My brother and sister-in-law visiting from overseas and stayed at Vince's place for 4 nights. The apartment is in great location, very clean, very comfortable. The host Vince is very easy to communicate and always quick to respond. The apartment is well-equipped with everything, from coffee maker, toaster, plates and pots, even olive oil and spices. We feel that the host really had thought about everything to make his clients feel comfortable at home. My family will definitely stay again when they visit. I highly recommend this property.

Loft is much larger than it looks, ceilings are at least 20 feet tall. Absolutely gorgeous place to stay. There are many restaurants, parks, shops, trails as well as Redmond town center within walking distance.

**WARNING** DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY!

Awful! Dirty, broken, NOT as advertised or pictured, ran down, loud, uncomfortable, and so much more! DON'T take the risk. It's non-refundable and a HUGE waste of time and money! I spent time trying to fix some of the small things around there so I could just use them - some where unrepairable. The photos they show on-line are NOT what you get. The decor is missing, and the nails are left on in the wall. Couch, dining chairs are so old and in poor condition. The bed is sags and the frame creeks at every little move. (very loud) It kept me up. It seems like they found all the furniture on the side of the road. The place is at the same corner at the parking garage door and dumpsters. The lights you see in their outside pic are on all night and come into the entire space. If you are light sensitive you will NOT sleep! While they say the supply all these other items, they are either, empty, non-existent or broken. I'm a big review person and read others that's why I thought this place was going to be good. I almost fell like these were phony post or just super old. Not sure. I just have to say that I attempted to stay a week on business trip and left after being there 2 days. I'm posting this on 6/14/2024. All the communication was done by an automated system. I even think the "Vince" guy is fake. There are so many other places to stay that are nice, clean, comfortable and worth the money. This place should be removed or price extremely lowered!!
Light all day and NIGHT - there are a bunch of lights and it looks like daylight in the entire place at ALL hours.
It looks like this all over the place. This is at the toilet. :( gross
Kitchen cupboard handles are broken, dishes have chunks missing.
The ceiling fan hasn't been cleaned in forever. None of the pics can really do justice for the condition of this place.
