"I met with three times elevator break down so have to walk down the stairs."

"The hotel was well located to the city points of interest. The offsight parking was extremely awkward and security of parkade was not visible. Registration at lobby kiosk was convenient but not thorough since a hand written parking pass was required from desk attendant. Therefore, we did not avoid a line up at reception. Room was clean and hotel staff friendly."
