民宿基本配置齐全。出门就是4号公交车站，前往市区、派克市场、换乘1号轻轨非常便捷。公共区域的清洁有待提升。

Great place to stay especially you are using ride share since parking is very difficult in this area. Checkin was not easy and a deposit is required but not listed. Virtual check-ins are generally difficult and this one was very difficult but staff answered quickly and it worked out.

Property is in a very nice neighborhood of Seattle. You can walk to various cafes and businesses if you are fit and in shape. This part of town is very hilly but there are also rental electric bikes all over. Prepare to have interactions with other guests as the kitchen and common areas of the flat are shared. However, you can use the microwave and fridge in your room if you prefer solitude.

We didn't realize that there was no elevator, so it was hard for us to get our luggage up to the third floor. Being elderly, that was really awful. I think that should be more prominently displayed on their website.

Aftwr booking through Expedia i was not expecting to be charged a cleaning fee prior to check in. Which is OK but it should have been disclosed at the time of reservation.

Room was small but cozy. Would’ve liked more coat hangers or somewhere to put our clothes. Potentially Wouldn’t recommend for a long stay (we did 9 nights), but for a weekend getaway where you don’t have a giant suitcase it would be great. The shower was awesome and the heated floors in the bathroom were a game changer. Our upstairs neighbors were making noise all night that was very audible in our room as the floors / walls are pretty thin, but to the properties credit, they provide earplugs
