Fantastic location, super quiet area with plenty of restaurants and bars within a 10 minute walk. The T line train is a 5 minute walk and it will take you to all the main areas!

Cozy and modern!

Had great communication with host and very easy check in process. Place was clean and had great amenities. Cute kitchenette with full size fridge/freezer, microwave and toaster which definitely came in handy when it came to saving money on food! Parking close to building could be hard to find at times but worst case scenario you’re only walking 5 minutes around the corner. Neighborhood was nice, felt safe, quiet and only a 6 minute walk to the nearest coffee shop and 20 minutes away from downtown! Would definitely stay here again!

Very small space.

Great communication, very clean, a little hard to find and parking was tight. The room could use more comfortable seating. The eating table was not at all comfortable. Thanks for a pretty good place.

The Studio apt. was very clean and modern. Not much of a sitting area but we made it work. The relaxing described patio is actually on the other side of the building. We did not feel comfortable using it as it was in front of someone else's door. The location was good and the free on-street parking was no problem. Communication was good with the owners. There is no air conditioning to this unit.

Immaculate!

Looks like this place has just been completely refurbished. Minimalist design. Appliances looked brand new. Only one thing to mention was a VERY squeaky bed! Maybe tighten the screws. I would definitely stay here again.

Great studio but...

This studio is in an up and coming neighborhood. Unfortunately it is still in the "coming" part. There is construction at 7am next door as well as across the street. There are no parking signs at the property and we had to park a block away next to a pile of scrap furniture and a homeless guy. That said the area itself is not all that bad and the unit is as described.As far as the unit itself we have a few suggestions for improvement. There are no washcloths, kleenex, ice maker or ice trays. There is a good supply of bath towels but only one hand towel and one towel for the dishes. There are only a few plates and two forks and knives so you have to do the dishes after each meal. The TV is pretty small and there is no cable but several pay channels were available. A Nespresso machine and coffee are available. The problem is that the machine is haunted and just starts up whenever it wants including once at 2:30 AM. There is no paperwork at the property with instructions for things such as garbage and how to connect to the wifi.
