The property was adorable! It was clean and very nicely decorated. I understand that we were the second guests to stay here. The proximity to everything we needed was perfect. We felt safe in the neighborhood.The beds were comfortable, the kitchen well stocked and a nice array of spices was to be had. Everything we needed was right there! (I only wish that we would have had instructions for the espresso machine ) )The Vacasa guy Geoff was amazing and answered any questions we had.100% recommend.

I stayed here with two friends while we were visiting our children. The duplex is an outstanding property. Clean, spacious, quiet, great neighborhood. We met the owners and they were very kind and wanted to make sure that we had everything we needed. There are some great personal touches to make your stay better. We didn’t need or want for anything. We’ve all decided this is going to be our homebase if it’s available whenever we visit Seattle.

This cute little suite has absolutely everything a guest may need (except no Kleenex - no big deal!!). All Dailey appliances, air fryer, espresso coffee machine, bodum, ground coffee & teas, bottle of wine, snacks, well stocked kitchen with all you’d ever need. Beds were very comfy & even though we were on a moderately busy street we didn’t hear any road noise. The University district is a nice neighborhood with cute cafes & coffee shops, lots of restaurants to choose from. We’ll be back!
