Cozy studio - easy access to all West Seattle has to offer!
- New second floor studio apartment above detached garage in a quiet West Seattle neighborhood. It has a full kitchen and bathroom with all the amenities you’ll need. The couch folds out into a king bed or you can just use one side as a twin. Plenty of street parking and easy access to main bus lines. It is located in our backyard, so you might see us or hear kids playing from time to time. You are required to climb a set of stairs to enter from the outside.

Very clean! Very quiet neighborhood with a short walk to bus transit if you stay without a car. The kitchen is just right for 1 or 2 people to cook dinner or other meals if they choose, because everything was provided that you’d need.

A very clean over the garage type studio apartment with a remarkably comfortable king sized pull out bed. Walking distance to excellent public transportation across to downtown. We didn't have a car and didn't really miss it. Friendly hosts near by. Might be challenging for mobility impaired but that's true of much of Seattle.

The property was very clean and modern. We loved the location as it was close to our relatives. It was within walking distance to a nice grocery store, other eating establishments and stores.

One big comfy clean room to read and sleep in. The kitchen area has lots of cups, bowls, utensils. Tea kettle and coffee maker. Lovely attached bathroom with big tub.Stairs to climb and parking in rear of house with an incline to walk up- so best to be fit.Very quiet neighborhood in beautiful West Seattle!

This was lovely and yes, cozy apartment. It has all that you will need. It is in a very pretty and quiet neighborhood that is central to all that you'll want to see while in Seattle. There is a convenient parking spot right behind the unit with easy access. It is extremely close to Lincoln Park and the ferry to Vashon Island. Getting to downtown Seattle was a breeze. The host is thoughtful and quick to respond to messages. Thank you for having such a lovely home away from home.

The hosts were very accommodating. Great location, quiet neighborhood, plenty of on-street parking. The studio is just as described. We were very comfortable and had a wonderful stay.
