A Penthouse near the City center in the heart of downtown Seattle. Walking distance to everything you might need, a Rooftop Deck with Space Needle being so close you feel like you could touch it. Spacious, two floors unit with a Dinning area, stay area, TV area, and Master Bedroom upstairs. There is a half bath (toilet & sink no shower) downstairs, big enough for your entire family. Garage Parking could be arranged for an additional fee, even though its within walking distance to everything.

Seattle Trip

We had a great trip to Seattle. The apartment was small but the 5 of us (2 adults, 2 teens, 1 child) easily fit. We especially enjoyed the rooftop patio in the evenings for a quiet place to have a drink and relax. We had no complaints about anything.

I really enjoyed my stay! The suite was clean, homey, comfortable, and had everything I needed for a multi-day stay. It was quiet and within walking distance to major sights and close to excellent restaurants. Roof patio was a definite plus!!

Spectacular location and views!

The owners of this property were extremely helpful and communicative. Parking cost extra but was definitely worth it as I didn't want to worry about street parking during our stay. The location was perfect. Nestled away from the hustle and bustle of most tourists, we still had access to all the sites, but felt like locals being able to walk, scooter and uber everywhere. And the VIEWS!!! The rooftop is truly unique for any building in the area. There wasn't much view from the unit but just a few steps away is a breathtaking panoramic of the space needle and skyline. We really enjoyed our stay and my kids can't stop talking about how fun it was to walk everywhere and the yummy French bakery around the corner.
