Welcome to White Center landing: walk to some of the best restaurants and bars in the Seattle area!
One block behind the main strip, ask about early bag check and grab a bite at one of the dozens of great restaurants in White Center!

-17 minute drive to downtown Seattle
-Secured driveway parking, with 35+ feet to back in,
perfect for oversized vehicles!
-Fully fenced, secure yard, perfect for your kids or furry friends.
Newly remodeled basement unit with a separate entrance, kitchenette and full bathroom with tub. There are 2 bedrooms, each equipped with a desk, as well as laundry room, free to use during your stay with us!
Private entrance in the rear of the house, directly off the driveway.
Hands-off, but available when needed.
White Center in Seattle is a vibrant and diverse neighborhood that boasts a unique blend of cultures and communities. The property is walking distance from bars and restaurants and is right next to taco time.
We live upstairs, so there may be occasional sounds that pass through, but we strive for a quiet and peaceful environment, and respectfully ask for the same from our guests. Thank you!

-There is strictly no smoking on the property. Enforced by $500 fine.
-There is a washer and dryer for guest use and an iron.
-Pet friendly, but we reserve the right to not allow certain pets to stay, ie accident prone, aggressive breeds, etc. If we see a pet is staying without our express permission, we will cancel your reservation. Thank you in advance for abiding by our policies.
-The house is located in a residential area and quiet time is 10pm. To be kind to our neighbors and to comply with local noise ordinances, please keep noise to a minimum after 10pm, particularly outside. Thank you for your understanding!
