We are so excited to host you in Southpark!
Southpark is a Seattle proper neighborhood conveniently located just 15min from downtown, West Seattle and the airport. Our neighborhood is an easy walk to a small strip of bars and restaurants. We are positioned on a dead end street so it stays quiet and friendly. The unit is in our daylight ground floor apartment. It has been designed to provide all the comforts of home with a high end modern touch. Perfect place to lay your head for work or play!

The space
This unit is 660 sq ft and is located on the ground floor of our home in a daylight apartment. It is 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom. It has an in-unit washer and dryer, patio, frame smart TV and a stocked to cook kitchen with small cooktop and instapot.

Guest access
Guests enter via a key through the sliding patio door. They only have access to the daylight apartment not the rest of the house. Free street parking is available in the front of the house.
Other things to note
My husband and I live upstairs with our dog.
If excessive washing and drying is done we will charge accordingly. example (you do more loads than nights spent)
