Nestled in the heart of Seattle's Colombia City Neighborhood, and equipped with everything you need for a seamless stay. Seattle's famous Seward Park just a mile away. Extremally walkable with countless restaurants, shopping, and entertainment within blocks. Bus lines and the light rail near by makes exploring outside of the neighborhood easy and affordable even without a car. This hip, artsy, bustling, and accessible neighborhood makes for a great home base to explore all Seattle has to offer.

This spacious apartment is inviting with artsy décor and lots of local flare. A fully equipped kitchen makes cooking easy. 65 inch TV with a sound system, Nintendo switch and an assortment of popular games. 450+ Mpbs internet makes working remotely a breeze. A/C and heat in each room to keep cool in the summer and warm in the winter.

Just a short walk from the light rail making for easy access to downtown and all over the City. In the heart of Seattle's vibrant historical Colombia City, a hip bustling neighborhood rich with culture, history and young artistic vibes. Located just off the main drag, steps away from restaurants, bars, coffee shops, entertainment, a historical theater, shopping and PCC market. Seattle's famous and scenic Seward park just one mile away. Unit is equipped with 450 Mpbs internet, 65" Tv, and more.

Easy access to downtown, airport, UW, etc. via the the light rail, just a short walk away. It's also a good home base if you're driving. There's easy and quick access to just about anywhere you'd want to go in Seattle.

Holiday Visit
We walked everywhere and loved it. Caught the light rail to the SAM and then again to have dinner in SODO, We also found great pubs and restaurants all within blocks of the apartment.
