A great place for us

We loved the Sunlit Cottage. The owner was very helpful and responsive when an issue arose. It is a nice quiet neighborhood and was perfect for us.

Beautiful and serene

This cottage was an amazing stay! Extremely well appointed. Close to trendy neighborhood bakeries, restaurants. Walkable, lovely historic area. Appreciated the great communication with the owner. Also super easy for the food delivery to find. Highly recommend!!

Lovely stay

This was a lovely stay in a lovely area of Seattle. Parking was very easy to find and we enjoyed the proximity to Volunteer Park. Would stay again!

Great cottage in a wonderful neighborhood

We really enjoyed our stay at the cottage. The neighborhood was really nice. Would definitely recommend if visiting Seattle.

We were very happy with everything here. Was a pleasant little place to come home to after being out and about seeing the sights. The location is great. A beautiful walkable neighborhood. Great amenities. Absolutely everything we might have needed. We really appreciated all the electrical outlets and good WiFi too.

Great spot in Seattle

Stayed here during a weekend trip to Seattle. This little cottage was perfect. Clean, comfortable and cozy, in a beautiful neighborhood! Very satisfied.

Clean and quiet. Just a couple of suggestions...would be better to have more space for toiletries. Parking can be full on the streets sometimes. My wife and I decided to walk for dinner, just in case to not lose our spot. We would stay there again.

Our trip to Seattle was for my nieces photo shoot in the city and for a Candlelight Concert! It was three of us staying at this adorable and quant, clean and accommodating place. Although, for 3 ladies getting ready for our event, we needed another bathroom. The area and parking was nice. Plenty of restaurauntes and coffee shops close by. We really enjoyed our stay.Suggestions: We had issues with finding the right location, GPS took us to another area. Also, possibly needing to be updated are the towels.

Little Seattle Haven

I was in town for a 3 day conference and Michael's place was a short bus ride away from the university. The 2 story apartment is well equipped and, spacious. It's on a quiet street and tucked back behind the main house so it's beautifully quiet.The kitchen has everything you need - wish I'd been able to use it! The bed is extremely comfortable land the bathroom is well organized with shampoo and conditioner in the shower, and soap and handcream above the sink. There's also a hairdryer and an iron.The bus I used each day was a short walk away (down a typical Seattle steep hill!).Michael was very responsive and helpful, and made me feel welcome.I highly recommend Michael's place!
