Unique studio/apartment in Holmes Point Neighborhood. Less than hundred yard walk to shore of Lake Washington. Denny Park and St. Edwards park are 0.5 miles away. Short drive to grocery stores and Juanita Village. Open floor plan with high ceilings. Comes with washer and dryer and full kitchen. Breathtaking views of Lake Washington and plenty of bald eagles and herons to provide a true Pacific Northwest experience.

Lovely Lake Location

The cottage has a great view with lots of windows. The space is well laid out, and the kitchen was big and clean. The hosts were responsive and helpful. Overall, great property and a great time was had.

Perfect tree house retreat!

I stayed in the cottage for 10 days for a working/writing solo retreat. It's such a welcoming and comfortable space -- filled with light, high beamed ceilings, well-appointed kitchen, lovely views of Lake Washington. Very grateful for my time here and highly recommend to other solo travelers or couples.

One week stay

The property is a loft studio with plenty of room, bathroom, full kitchen and living room. It was very clean and safe neighborhood, the view of the lake was even better than I expected from the pictures, and the owner met us when we arrived and is very friendly and solicitous without being invasive. I would definitely return to this spot and rent again, and my brother wants to rent for a getaway with his wife. The only issue we had is that I did not anticipate was the number of stairs to get to the loft unit. I was fine with climbing, but my mother had knee replacement and difficulty climbing the outside stairs, so you should be aware of that when renting. Thank you Chris and Allison!
