「This home was wonderful, brand new and with modern furnishings. The kitchen is well stocked with appliances and accessories. We loved the outdoor patio. I would suggest a safety bar in the master shower along with some nonslip surfaces. We would recommend and stay again. 」

「It’s a lovely, cozy house. We enjoyed the games and the backyard chill space. I appreciated the Pantene shampoo and conditioner provided in the shower. Even though I didn’t use them I thought that was a nice touch. The kitchen had plenty of counter space and seems to be wheelchair accessible. Another nice touch was the guestbook on the coffee table. I liked being able to see where people were from that had stayed there. 」

「Capital Hill is a great neighborhood. The house was clean, quiet, and comfortable. After we left they found some things that we had left in a drawer. They contacted me with a photo, and mailed them back to me. All I had to do was pay the postage. 」

「The place is overall very nice and we had a good stay. The 3rd floor experienced a temporary electricity and Wi-Fi outage, but this was not the owner’s fault and beyond their control. They promptly emailed us with clear guidance to resolve the issue, which we really appreciated. My only suggestion would be for the owner to update the main contact email on Expedia (or other platforms) to the one they actively use, since emails sent to the Expedia address did not get a reply, while the app email...

「I loved this location! Laurie was a great host! Quiet neighborhood and located not far from Seattle, which is what i was looking for. She let me know I had left something and I was able to go back and get it. I spent quite a bit of time outside one the little patio reading in the evening and talking with chickens!」
