"The actual inside of the property was great, but it was the drive there that was terrible. We arrived at night which did not help. We had to go down a narrow gravel road out in the boonies to get there. It was also hard to see the gates & opening them, etc. If you do choose this place, please make sure you arrive during the daytime. Luckily we had good weather- if not, we probably would have turned around & drove back into town for a hotel."

"We traveled to the Lake House property to view the eclipse on April 8, 2024. The Ranch was on the path of totality. It was perfect for our family and friends. The surroundings are beautiful with lush green trees, grass, and wildflowers. The house is equipped with all the amenities that one would want. The beds were comfy.
