“My family and my brothers family shared the house for the week and it was awesome.1. Everyone thought the house was beautiful, comfortable and amazing. Adequate seating no matter where you choose to gather. Plenty big, bright with great views and breezes.2. Being off the grid was cool, and even my skeptical brother had to admit you’d never have known it was off the grid. Electrical, wifi, etc. were flawless.3. House was very clean and well appointed. “This house is spacious and well appointed. Beds were comfortable and the gaming basement was fun. Location on the water is lovely and the covered deck was our favorite spot. It is on the main road, with 45mph speed limit, for people with pets and kids, be a bit careful, and there is some road noise for light sleepers. Also bring your eye masks if light bothers you, the window coverings are dimming, not blackout. Communication with owners was excellent.”

“Wonderful stay for 10 adults and 2 teens on beautiful Lily Bay! Great layout and so much space, no one felt crowded. The many bathrooms were a plus! Very private and ideal for indoor and outdoor entertainment with a large lawn and beautiful deck. The family enjoyed the kitchen and dining area for gathering, and the game room was a great respite from the heat. Everyone enjoyed the kayaks and paddle boards. The sunsets are absolutely stunning!
