“Ive stayed many places on moosehead. This was the best of them. Its perfect!”

“We went with 10 adults and 4 children ( 10 mths to 4 years old ). Plenty of room to keep everyone happy. Sleeping accommodations were plenty and actually worked out perfect for adults without kids and downstairs for adults with kids. Loved cooking dinner in kitchen and everyone using island as buffet. Plenty of room for 4 trucks and trailers and 2 vehicles. Near store and everything we needed. Thank you again for everything ”

“The home was very nice and cozy. The owner was very friendly and told us we could use the red canoe which was very nice. I have never stayed in a Vrbo that didn’t have a tv, hairdryer or games. That would have been nice to know a head of time. The communication with bad as was. Wry frustrating as we had questions before our trip that were not answered but then they were ans6 times in a row once we arrived”

“The location was beautiful, right on the river and beautiful views. Close to trails for ATV. The Rockwood bar and grill fed us two nights and we enjoyed it! The home was cozy and had the essentials. We enjoyed spending time in the downstairs living room. The house could have had a deeper clean (just lots of cob webs and some bugs around lights) I also wish there was less responsibility on the guests. We had to do laundry and take all of our trash. This left us in a rush and waking up early to……

“This was our second stay at Big Moose Lodge, and it didn’t disappoint. The lodge is spacious, comfortable, and wonderfully quiet. Surrounded by 100-year-old pines, the setting is absolutely stunning, and the dock feels like something out of a luxury resort. It’s the perfect spot to relax by the water with unbeatable views. “Very charming "old school" rustic cabin. Location was great with plenty of privacy. Views of the lake are beautiful and the "dock" is a great addition. Id consider trimming some of the trees back at the waterline if that's legal. Outdoor and indoor furniture is a little dated so glad we brought our own camping chairs. Beds and bathrooms were nice. Everything was clean enough. Spotted the odd ant here and there but growing up in Maine that is very normal with cabins up here. An outdoor fire pit……
