The host had the wrong date and I had to call Customer Service the host to let me in. The property is in poor condition. Nothing like the photos. There was no exterior lighting. I arrived after dark and passed the property three times be I found it. Lighting in the room was poor. No hot water at the kitchen sink. Bathroom fixtures need repair. This should not be a VRBO property.

Right Next to Sebring International Raceway!

I felt the first review was a bit harsh and took a chance. I’m glad I did. There were plenty of furnishings in the unit! It is what you want if you want safe, clean basic accommodation. The host goes above and beyond to ensure you enjoy your stay.

Communication was good, place is not comfortable, 1 hard chair and 2 patio chair to sit on inside. Nothing more. No outside light, if it’s winter bring your own blankets and heater because the place has one sheet and 2 small lap throws, nothing more. 2 towel and 2 face cloths nothing more, no toilet paper so bring your own. Floors, window seals dirty, rodent droppings in shower and on window seals. Every dish was dirty, utensils had food dried on them. And do think you will relax in the bed and watch tv, there’s only one in the little sitting area so you’ll have to sit on the patio furniture they use for inside furniture.
