“Excellent choice. We booked four rooms and had an amazing time as we attended my nephews wedding at Bell net Goat Island only 2 miles from Town and tide. Beds so comfy. They have a communal handout area called The Shed. Breakfast daily 8-10am

“The place was adequate for the price in the Newport area. It is close to Newport
The room was clean , but very 1970s.
The office doesn't open until after 10AM.
There was a coffee maker in the office, but I had to drive to Dunkins,down the road to ge5 coffee in the morning. A coffee maker in the room would have been nice the refrigerator and microwave were a plus.”

“Had the most wonderful stay here, amazing staff and catered for our gluten free requirement with a delicious, huge breakfast. Extremely comfy bed with beautiful decor, and effective air conditioning. Walking distance to the best, most vibrant area of Newport. We only wish we could have stayed longer! We would recommend emailing with any special requests separately as they did not seem to be receiving messages we sent through Expedia.”

“Great boutique hotel! Located near the action by foot and rideshare. Very eclectic and comfortable room, great sheets. Daily breakfast was AMAZING! Thank you to Evelyn whose daily breakfast casseroles were delicious and added a great protein base, along with fruit/yogurt/oatmeal and other tidbits. There's a cozy patio with a firepit for evenings or morning breakfast right outside the main dining area. Chatted with fellow guests here and in the colorful front parlor. Will most definately stay……
