“The stay was average at best. The buffet breakfast is topped up at around 7:15AM and neglected thereafter. The staff at the restaurant is least bothered and there’s no option of having fresh breakfast made for you despite your willingness to pay. I booked the hotel looking at the reviews about the food. Unfortunately, I completely disagree. It was below average at best. Room service/ cleaning was another major let down. The soap dispenser was topped up just enough for a couple of uses. The towel……

“Good hotel in the city with easy access to the city centre. The house is comfortable and clean, good for business visitors. BUT, hotel staff need to be well trained, at the check-in and check-out it seems to take the reception guy ages to do the simple work. Specially when do the check-out he totally forget to do my check-out while I stand at the counter for almost 1 hour. IT IS the SAME guy!”

“（一）這家飯店的地點有點荒涼，遠離所有的景點，所幸在步行範圍內有三間ＭＡＬＬ可以逛，不然會很苦悶，但路上沙土飛揚，只能急行回去。（二）好處是離機場較近，十五至二十分鐘即可到達，車資２００～３００盧比。（三）我們在此吃了一次早餐，一次晚餐，水平中上，沒太多驚喜，也不夠多樣化，但還算可以。可是餐廳服務生表情冷漠，常常忘記來收盤子，整體的訓練不足。（四）房間很寬敞，但浴室有兩個設備出了毛病，冷氣控制按鈕失效，最高溫是１９度，睡到半夜很冷。”

“We stayed 3 nights at the New Hindustan by Backpackers Heaven the price is right and the service is really nice. The best thing was to met Jahn who helped us plan our trip through India. He made really good suggestions and showed us what is possible. Without him we wouldn‘t experience India completly. Just for him, his positivity and his effort to give us the full experience of India I would stay there again. No regrets to choose this place at all”

“Pros: The in hotel restaurant was good, clean, anf cheap. The rooms were clean and the staff incredibly friendly. Incredibly easy to book transport. Cons: cant order food to your room from outside sources. Outside can be loud (but thats everywhere in the city, not the fault of the hotel.) Cant have friends or guests inside the room. Overall we enjoyed our stay and would stay again. ”
