Pros:
This is a brand-new hotel, so everything is modern, clean, and in great condition. The suites are nicely laid out with a small kitchen and easy-to-clean hard flooring (no carpets).
Cons:
Unfortunately, the housekeeping service completely ruined my experience. Because of the kitchen, the hard floors get dirty quickly and need regular upkeep. The hotel policy is to clean once a week, but since I was extending my stay, I needed more frequent cleaning.
I requested room cleaning for three days in a row. I even offered to pay extra for it, but front desk staff assured me it was complimentary. Despite this, housekeeping never showed up.
Day 1: No one came (I assumed it was an honest mistake).
Day 2: Still no cleaning. I left a message for the manager to resolve this.
Day 3: Still absolutely no service.
Out of frustration, I finally approached a housekeeper directly to ask for help with the bed. Instead of changing the linens, she simply remade the bed using the dirty, used sheets. She wiped down the counters but did nothing else, completely ignoring my repeated requests to have the floors cleaned.
Tip for future guests: If you need to stay here long-term, do not bother extending your stay in the same room and expecting housekeeping to help. It is much easier to book short, separate stays and just change rooms to get a clean one."
