Wonderful getaway in Sedona!
This home was beautiful! The surrounding views, especially of the Cathedral mountains as the backdrop behind the gorgeous turquoise pool, were amazing. The sunsets (and stars when not a full moon!) from the rooftop deck were breathtaking. The location was perfect. Easy to find and very close to a trailhead for hiking, evening walks, and morning jogs. The VRBO was clean, comfortable, and well equipped with all the comforts of home. We would love to come back!

High five for this lovely home!
My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this beautiful home. The location is superb with a great view of Cathedral Rock from the pool and rooftop patio. We walked from the home to a number of nearby hikes which was really handy. The home is very nicely decorated and very comfortable. We could have stayed there for weeks!

Outstanding property
Me and my wife stayed here April 2024. Can’t say enough! Views are absolutely incredible, especially from the roof deck. Very comfortable, tons of space. Great, quiet neighborhood and easy driving distances to everything. We will definitely be staying here again!

Spring break family vacation
Our family had a lovely stay! The hosts had prepared the house with everything we would need for our stay. The property is located in a nice quiet neighborhood but close enough to access trails and our top vacation spots. We hope to return again here on a future trip to Sedona!

Sedona and this property were both amazing! The neighborhood was so quiet. While it wasn't walkable to shopping/dining, the drive was easy to uptown and west Sedona (grocery). We were able to walk to one of the trailheads and could have used the Shuttle from there. Being able to use the garage door opener and park in the garage made it easy to keep everything locked and secure. We happened to be there for the eclipse, so the rooftop deck was a spectacular place to watch it and the stars every night. It was late in the season for the solar heating, but I used the pool anyway because it was so beautiful. The landscaping was immaculate and the interior decor was tasteful. Just about everything we needed was there. All cooking utensils and dishes were easily located for making meals. I can only speak to the master bedroom mattress, which was firm and comfortable. The sheets were smooth as silk. Only issue was that the third bedroom with the twin beds didn't cool off like the rest of the house. Would have been nice to have a box fan for each room to help move the air in from the hall AND/or to cover the noise of the javelinas at night (yes they are real). We had one in the master and I didn't hear anything. We didn't want to leave.

Awesome home in Sedona!
Love this place! The views are great. We had 6 family members from age 5 - 72 and everybody enjoyed it. Close to several local hikes. Quite neighborhood. Couldn't have asked for better!

Loved every moment!
First trip to Sedona with my family of 5. We feel so lucky to have found this home for our stay. Sedona is a magical place and this home is spectacular - from its location, to the views, to the beautiful accommodations within the home. My kids let me know they had "the best wifi" and I loved having my cup of coffee with the sunrise. Not a single negative thing about this beautiful spot. We loved the pool and the waterfall feature. Kitchen is fully equipped with more than enough to serve a wonderful breakfast or dinner. Beds are comfortable and bedding is luxurious. THE VIEWS ARE UNMATCHED! Anytime of day or night it is breathtaking. So many stars at night! Highly recommend you snag this if it's available for your trip. We were sad to leave!

Even better in person!
We loved this house! Super clean, spacious and it had a phenomenal pool. The location was spectacular, there were mountains in every direction. Downtown was a quick drive, and there is plenty of hiking nearby. The check in/checkout process was simple. My family had an absolutely wonderful time.

Beautiful house. Awesome Pool. Great Location
We had a fantastic stay at this property. It was perfect for our visit to Sedona. Close to hicking and to town. Would come back to it. Only issue was the check in code did not work. We arrived at 9 pm and code did not work. Called multiple numbers provided and none answered and the emergency line did not have voicemail. Spent a frantic hour trying to get ahold of someone before some responded.

Fantastic Sedona Stay!!!
Beautiful property which connects from behind to a protected wilderness area. You’re only a few ‘round a-bouts’ away from shopping, restaurants and the best hiking trails. Hike in the morning. Hit the pool in the afternoon and either more hiking in the evening or head to a restaurant. Once the sun is down head to the rooftop sitting area to watch the Milky Way rise. Awesome! We will be back!

Great getaway.
This property is everything it is listed about and much more. Just off the main road, but feels like complete seclusion. The house is beautifully decorated and has more than enough room for two couples and a pre-toddler. The kitchen was stocked with more items than most visitors would need. The outside patio was great to have our morning coffee. The observation area was amazing with star filled skies each evening. Finally, the recently remodeled salt water pool was just the refreshing escape we used after a few hours of shopping in town or a quick swim after breakfast. We will definitely return here in the future.

Exceptional Home
I can not express how wonderful this home is. It is beautiful and everything you may need is accounted for. I have never been more relaxed on a vacation. The neighborhood is quiet, the views are breathtaking, the pool is a slice of heaven, and the beds are luxurious. If you are in the fence, go for it. This home will not disappoint.

Great house
Loved the location of this property. Perfect accommodations for 4 adults and 2 kids under 10. The roof top look out is nice and the neighborhood is quiet and safe. The kitchen is fully stocked. The king bed is very firm and when we booked we saw a picture of a hot tub and there is not a hot tub on the property.

Great Vacation Property
Its our second year staying at this house. We absolutely love it from the house to the amazing views. We looked at the stars on the observation rooftop at night seen so many shooting stars. This was a great property. The pool was amazing and very family friendly (gated, pool ledge for smaller/supervised kids, waterfall) even though we were there without our families. Lots of space and everything we needed. Located between oak creek and downtown so you have to drive into town but it was an easy drive. Nice neighborhood.

Great house and great vacation!
Great house that was clean. Kitchen was awesome. Great location between downtown Sedona and Village of Oak Creek. Near hiking trails that you can walk to from the house. Great views of the red rocks from hot tub and observation deck. We would rent this house again.

Super clean, gorgeous, and well equipped house.
This house met all my expectations in a vacation rental. Master bed was comfortable, kitchen was well stocked with all we needed for meals, it was super clean so I was able to immediately feel at ease when we arrived, and the views from the upper lever are truly amazing. It seems like a lot of care and effort was put into making this vacation rental feel like a home away from home.

Luxury, convenience, clean and peaceful!
We will definitely stay here again! Located just a couple miles from Sedona and the village of Oak Creek. So convenient yet very quiet neighborhood! Many trail heads within a walking distance to the house! The kitchen was huge! The outdoor patio furniture was luxurious and comfortable! The master bed was very comfortable! I have no complaints, but I do have a few suggestions to the home owner to make it even better. Nicer more luxurious towels would complete the feel of how nice everything else is. Improve the ability for the AC to get to the master bedroom at night. We think maybe adding a cold air return to that room is needed. Or an extra vent. Also a bathroom door to close off the master from the bathroom would be nice. It sure looks cool to have that open look but can be annoying when the spouse uses the restroom at night and the lights wake the sleeping one. But seriously, the place is almost perfect!

Great Sedona getaway for a small group
Five of us rented this home for my bachelorette party and was perfect! The property management company was responsive and made check in and out smooth. The pool, outdoor patio, dining area and rooftop were all fantastic. The house was in great shape and well stocked for a long weekend. It is close to downtown Sedona, but in a quiet neighborhood. We would highly recommend this place!

Sedona vacation home
The pool was the best part! Warm and perfect. The house was spotless and bedding was nice. Beds were pretty hard overall but we were so tired from all the activities that we slept well. Lots of towels which was great. It was fun to sit on the rooftop deck each night once it cooled down. Would have booked in a heartbeat when we come back in December, but it looks like the owners spend a lot of time in the home.

The mountains seemed to surround the home and it was centrally located to all of our activities. The subdivision was very peaceful at night.
