This is perfect for couples, & families. Sleeps 7-8. You are just 5 minutes away from our favorite trailhead Thunder Mountain, which has one of the most spectacular views.

When you walk into the Luxury Casa, you are immediately greeted by breathtaking views of the vistas of Sedona Red Rocks. Relax in the elegant, comfortable living room by the fireplace. There is a 65 inch television and games for your entertainment,

You will absolutely love the furnished back deck to enjoy your coffee overlooking the amazing views or to relax in the hot tub after a long day of hiking.

The fully-equipped kitchen, recently updated with new appliances has open access to the entertaining areas. For all you coffee lovers, we have an awesome espresso machine and a simple coffee machine as well. Coffee is from our local famous Free Form Coffee Roasters.

Tea lovers, we got you covered with a wide selection of organic teas.

We have provided herbs, salt, pepper and olive oil for our guests to cook with ease.

There is a reverse osmosis filtration system so you can drink pure filtered water. Your health and the health of this planet is important to us, so we ONLY have non- toxic plant based detergents in the kitchen. The dining area has a picture window of the red rocks.

We realize the importance of rest while on vacation, so ALL the bedrooms feature premium high quality mattresses, linen, comforters with plenty of storage space. Enjoy the comforts of ALL NON TOXIC plant based high quality vegan products in all the bathrooms.

The house comfortably sleeps 7 people. It can accommodate up to 8 people ( inflatable king sized air mattress is available )

*The primary suite has a king sized bed

*The two bedrooms have a queen sized bed each

*The fourth bedroom features a twin sized day bed.

This is one of my favorite rooms in the house. You can cozy up and read or do yoga. It sleeps one person comfortably and there is also a king sized air mattress with extra bedding in the primary bedroom closet if you need one.

There is a pack n play crib, portable high chair also available for your convenience if you need one.

The outdoor space opens up to incredible views of the red rocks. You can enjoy your coffee or a meal outside. Turn on the fire pit and savor a glass of wine with your friends. Our favorite is star gazing while sitting in the hot tub.

We have a couple of hammocks in the privacy of the back of the house.

Other things to note
Some important home truths

**The 4th bedroom is cozy and small and can comfortably accommodate one person to sleep on the twin bed. It can be used by a couple or kids with the inflatable KING air mattress that is available in the primary closet.


**There is no fenced in backyard for the kids to play though there is a hammock for guests to enjoy.


**While backing out of the driveway, be careful as it may be hard to see oncoming traffic.


**This is a residential neighborhood and Sedona has a very strict no noise policy and enforces quiet hours between 10 pm and 7 am.

Therefore, We have two NoiseAware decibel meters: 1 inside & 1 out. It can alert us if decibels get into a consistent abnormal range.

This does not record any conversations or sounds, it monitors decibel levels only and is intended for our guests protection, normal range includes laughing, playing music at normal levels and having a good time! :-)
