Week stay in Sedona area.

Great property with nearby access to local hiking trails, restaurants, and a grocery store. Close to Sedona and all its attractions. The property is well appointed and comfortably slept our group of 8.

A bit of paradise

We loved this property. The grounds were lovely and private. The pool and hot tub combination were a hit with everyone. We love the location, near some of our favorite trails, away from the hustle and bustle of Sedona, and with lots of terrific dining opportunities just around the corner. Highly recommended.

Everything was wonderful and excellent view and location. Only negative was at time of renting the master bath shower was not working.

Girls golf and bday trip

Great house for ten people. Too bad one bedroom didn’t have bathroom but house had five bedrooms and four baths. Great spaces and tables perfect for games. Very well equipped kitchen and gorgeous setting. Would come back for sure. Communication excellent.

Annual Three Generation Gathering

This is a very lovely home in a beautiful setting. The house itself was super clean and well-stocked. The pool and hot tub were also spotless and inviting -- especially appreciated the three patio umbrellas poolside that helped us stay cool during a dreadfully warm week. No sun burns for us! The airconditioning kept us comfortable, too. The kitchen is well-equipped with everything we needed, although the ice machine had trouble keeping up with the needs of 12. The dinnerware, silverware, cookware, baking options, essential gadgets were ALL top notch! Beds were comfy, linens and towels were immacculate. Tasteful decor, too. We had a great time at this home and we especially appreciated the quick response to our questions/needs -- the management company was exceptional in communicating and following-up with us.

Sedona retreat

This property was wonderful to enjoy the amazing Sedona landscape either from the front porch or as a base for hiking in the area. The home was lovely, clean and comfortable, the communication with the property management was excellent. It is close to town as well as trails. It is convenient to a grocery store, restaurants and major byways. The pool was surprisingly cold which was nice on the very hot days. I would definately recommend!

Birthday Celebration!

Majestic Sunset is exactly what you view online. There were six of us and plenty of space to do your own thing if desired. The property comes with its own family of deer that likes to hang out in the side yard everyday around 4:30. A very cool picture opportunity! If we had questions or needed anything Foothills Management responded immediately. From our personal experience we highly recommend Majestic Sunset!

This Place is Amazing

Stayed here recently with 7 other friends (1 dog), and we *loved* this place. . The house is on a larger property, and feels very private. You can't really see any other houses in the neighborhood from it, and it's well landscaped. Views from the front deck, pool, and a couple of the bedrooms are *STUNNING*. . Everything was extremely clean, and all living spaces and bedrooms were very comfortable and decorated tastefully. . The kitchen is well equipped, and perfect for group cooking -- with the addition of the grill on the back patio and another one at the pool. The dining table is large and great for seating 8-10 comfortably. . Casita is also well equipped and very comfortable. . Pool is the best part of this property -- it was so much fun to hang out there for a couple of afternoons. There are multiple outdoor umbrellas to create plenty of shade from the sun. . Management company was great. Super responsive to questions through the VRBO app, and sent check-in/check-out instructions in advance of those deadlines. . Location is excellent -- short drive to town, grocery stores, and a few sites of interest (like the nearby Baldwin Trail, and the Amitabha Stupa and Peace Park).100% would stay here again next time I'm in Sedona.
