Three bedrooms, each with an en suite bathroom, are all tastefully furnished, including mattresses from Nest bedding. The master bedroom also includes a seating area and office nook. One bedroom and bathroom sit at one end of the house and can be closed off from the rest of the space for additional privacy. The third bedroom is furnished with two twin XL beds, which can be converted to a king upon request. Smart TV’s are provided in all bedrooms as well as the living room.

Step outside onto the sprawling deck, a true outdoor haven that extends the living space and provides the perfect setting for entertaining or simply enjoying the fresh air. Outdoors: Please stay on stone paths, sidewalks, decks, meditation zone, and landscaped areas of the property. This protects the natural plant life, prevents soil erosion, and ensures your safety in our steep and rocky setting.

Hot tub

Supervision: Children under the age of 16 must be supervised by an adult at all times in and around the hot tub area. Please be mindful of other guests and neighbors. Keep noise levels to a minimum, especially during later hours.

Temperature: The hot tub temperature is set at 101. Please do not attempt to adjust it.

Health Considerations: Pregnant women, individuals with heart conditions, and those under the influence of alcohol or drugs are advised to consult with a healthcare professional before using the hot tub.

Shower Before Use: Please shower before entering the hot tub to remove any oils, lotions, or sunscreen. This helps keep the water clean and extends the life of the hot tub.

No Glassware: For safety reasons, no glassware is allowed in or around the hot tub area. Please use provided plastic or non-breakable containers.

Cover Usage: When not in use, please ensure the hot tub cover is securely in place. This helps with insulation, safety, and energy efficiency.

Liability: Neither Property Management Company nor Owner will be liable should any injury or accident occur. By using the hot tub, you agree to abide by these guidelines as well as those posted on the side of the hot tub. If you're traveling with children, it is your responsibility to monitor and ensure the safety and activity in and around the hot tub at all times while children are present.
