unit was large, clean, and the kitchen was well equipped. concierge was helpful for activity and restaurant recommendations. in room jet tub was nice, and outdoor hot tub it was enjoyable. middle of sedona location was convenient for groceries restaurants and launching point for hikes. it was off the main road a bit, so it was quiet. some nights couldn't park right in front of unit, but could park nearby. overall a very nice place to stay.

The grounds and facilities looked good, but with so many things to do in Sedona, we did not spend time at the facilities. We were very unhappy with the room. They are more outdated than the pictures show. Worst was the noise; the gap under the room connecting door let in a lot of noise (trumpet practice) and the running around on the floor above was out of control. We called the office and it got better until 5am the next morning.

Beautiful property but terrible check in. We were sent an email that no early check-ins were allowed and that they enforced the 4pm check in. We arrived after 4 pm and still ended up waiting until after 5 before our room was ready.

The property was awesome, the check in was not. We got there at 3:30, and had to wait. After we got our keys, got out stuff from the car, long walk to unit, but keys didn’t work. I had to long walk to reception again.

The villas look really nice on first glance but it seems things I touched kept falling apart. The screen door were off the rails. But the worst part was my unit (212) was next door to a closet housing a water heater which clanked loudly all night long. I got no sleep for the four nights I was there. Ultimately, sleep is what matters in a short term rental. I had high hopes for this place but left sorely disappointed.

The staff thought my last name was funny. I played along but honestly didn't appreciate it. Then, I had trouble finding my room because the directions were confusing. It would have been helpful to have some signage at the parking area to know where to enter, especially since it was a very small pathway. The shampoo dispenser in the room was empty and the spas were out of order.
