House "Reier". 1 km from the centre of Seeboden, 5 km from the centre of Spittal an der Drau, 50 km from the centre of Villach, on a slope, 800 m from the lake. Private: property 650 m2, garden with lawn and trees, lawn for sunbathing. Table tennis, terrace, garden furniture. In the house: WiFi (all included). Parking on the premises. Grocery 1 km, bus stop "Seeboden/Milstätter See Billa" 850 m, bathing lake "Millstätter See" 800 m. Walking paths from the house 10 m.
"Reier", 4-room house 140 m2 on 2 levels. Tasteful and cosy furnishings: living/dining room with dining table, satellite TV, hi-fi system and tiled stove. Exit to the terrace. 1 room with 2 beds. Open kitchen (oven, dishwasher, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, kettle, electric coffee machine). Shower/WC. Upper floor: 1 double bedroom with sloping ceilings. Exit to the balcony. 1 room with sloping ceilings with 1 bed and 2 double beds. Shower/WC. Heating. Parquet floors. Balcony. Beautiful view of the mountains. Facilities: washing machine, baby cot. Internet (WiFi, free).

Sehr ruhig gelegenes Haus zum Erholen

Das Haus liegt sehr ruhig abseits der Hauptstraße in einer Sackgasse. Das Haus selbst hat schon seine Jahre auf dem "Buckel". Auch die Inneneinrichtung ist schon älter. Aber alles ist zweckmäßig und sauber. Wir würden jederzeit wieder dort Urlaub machen.
