“There's reception only until 3 pm. We arrived a bit later and the check-in process is terrible. No one to talk to (especially since I only have eSim and there's no WhatsApp option for a call. The process and details were not clear. The key was left in a safe, but there were 2 envelops in the same safe. We went to the wrong room, and in the last second, other gust so that we're not sure, and told us to be careful with this mistake since they got in the wrong room and were charged extra for……

Extremely disappointing experience, mainly due to the appalling customer service.
During our three-night stay, the shower was not draining properly and the sewage water eventually flooded the bathroom. The entire bathroom floor was covered in dirty water, causing us considerable distress. I unfortunately slipped, hurt my back, and then had to clean up the flooded bathroom myself using a floor towel.
We reported the issue as soon as we were able to, and were repeatedly told……

“Sehr neues, schönes Hotel, mit allem, was man braucht! Der Spa-Bereich ist sehr schön aufgeteilt & für alle etwas dabei. Außerdem hat uns der Fitnessraum sehr überzeugt: über Cardio-Geräte, verschiedenen Hanteln, einer Kletterwand, Pilates- & Yoga-Angeboten... Wirklich toll! Die Zimmer sind modern eingerichtet, sehr ruhig und groß. Wir haben die Zeit dort in vollen Zügen genossen.”

“The hotel is very unique - a jungle theme in Austria! The hotel still feels very new, the apartments are well equipped and very spacious. The spa and pool area is perfect for the kids and adults to unwind at the end of the day. We got a free summer card with our stay which was unexpected and saved us a lot of money. We got free access to Area 47 swim area (17 mi so away), which was a highlight
