Fácil de estacionarse , buena vista de la habitación aunque el servicio del restaurante es pésima tuve una mala experiencia con una mesera de cabello corto rubia que nos gritó a mí y mi pareja en el restaurante por sentarnos en una mesa equivocada. No tiene tacto al cliente , no tiene gusto por servir ! Debería ir a su casa ! Se me quitó el hambre y las ganas de volver a ese hotel . Mejor elige otro lugar para hospedarte.

Dieses Hotel hat wirklich eine wunderschöne Aussicht. Atemberaubend... Hier muss man zwingend den Blick zum See haben, sonst ärgert man sich. Die Zimmer sind eher schlicht.

I give this place five star because of the location and The view. You would be facing an outstanding view of mountains and a lake in front of the property. To me this was most valuable part of this stay. The furniture furniture was dated but usable overall somewhat comfortable. We arrived very late and the staff was very nice to accommodated us. they checked us in even though they mentioned that the latest time to check in is 8:00 p.m. Breakfast was included which was great. We enjoyed having breakfast next to the lake and the mountain. You need to be aware that this place is not non-smoking. Our neighbor was a heavy smoker and we were getting somewhat irritated by that. You also need to be aware of mosquitoes since this place does not have air conditioning you end up leaving the doors and windows open in the summer so mosquitoes will have a good delicious dinner. Overall I was pretty happy with this day I will definitely come back.

Schönes Hotel in fantastischer Lage. Sehr nettes Personal. Leider sind die Zimmer etwas abgewohnt und die Zimmer im Nebengebäude nur über Treppen erreichbar (ungünstig für ältere Gäste oder Gäste mit großem Gepäck). Das Frühstück ist leider jeden Tag das gleiche, bietet keine Abwechslung. Das A-la-Carte-Restaurant hingegen ist hervorragend.

Absolutely stunning views from room and restaurant. I stayed in the Naturhus, and my room was a little dated, but I was there for the lovely balcony overlooking the lake. If you want a more updated room, choose one in the main building.

Hotel und insbesondere das "Naturhaus" stark in die Jahre gekommen – es scheint nichts investiert zu werden. Tische und Stühle auf dem Balkon nicht mehr nutzbar, Balkongeländer heruntergekommen, Stoffbezüge im Zimmer gerissen. Im ganzen Zimmer waren lange schwarze Haare. Auf Nachfrage wurde nochmal punktuell gesaugt, aber der Zustand wurde nicht vollständig behoben. Aussicht von der Frühstücksterrasse sehr schön, Frühstücksbuffet auch gut und ausreichend. Bei Stoffzeiten kann es sehr eng werden. Würden wir wieder hingehen? Vermutlich eher nicht.

Durchschnittlich und in die Jahre gekommen

Leider war es eine laute Nacht. Eine Hochzeitsgesellschaft hat gefeiert, bis tief in die Nacht waren betrunkene Gäste auf der Strassenseite am rumlallen. Leider hatten wir auch meine Aussicht für das das Hotel bekannt ist, das Zimmer ist ziemlich in die Jahre gekommen und verdunkelungsmöglichkeiten waren sehr beschränkt verfügbar. Für das Fenster am Bett das vom Bett aus direkt auf die Strassenlaterne zeigte, fehlte überhaupt einen Vorhang. Das Essen war auch ziemlich durchschnittlich, leider mit wenig Geschmack.

Super Blick auf die Berge und den See

Super Blick auf die Berge und den See. Das ist echt das beste Hotel mit so einer Aussicht. Frühstück war richtig lecker. Das Abendessen hat uns auch total gefallen – es gibt zwar nicht viele Gerichte, aber die sind echt gut gemacht und die Weinauswahl ist groß. Im rechten Gebäude, wo wir gewohnt haben, sind die Zimmer natürlich günstiger, aber die Möbel sind schon ziemlich alt. Der Balkon ist leider total ungepflegt. Dafür sind die Betten super und das Zimmer war sauber. Für den Preis ist das Hotel hier echt unschlagbar

L'hôtel est très bien situé pour visiter la région qui est magnifique. L'accueil était très bien. Les chambres sont spacieuses et la literie confortable. La vue sur le lac est exceptionnelle. Le premier soir nous avons mangé au restaurant où le personnel était accueillant et attentionné par contre le deuxième soir le service était médiocre dû certainement à un manque de personnel qualifié, dommage ça nous a gâché la soirée. Sinon pour le reste tout était bien
