「This hotel is truly special/magic. It is a unique experience made of beautifully set tents right in the heart of nature, offering full comfort including a private bathroom. It’s original, charming, and completely different from a typical place to stay. The atmosphere is peaceful and authentic, and the staff are incredibly kind and welcoming. 「Well run small hotel. The room was large, adequately equipped and the AC was fine. Dinner and breakfast in the cafe/restauarnt was very good - maybe the best ‘Sri Lanka Curry and rice’ I had during my touring holiday. All the staff were really friendly and happy to carry my bags up the couple of flight of stairs. All in all, a good hotel and would recommend 」

「My fiance and I stayed at the Hotel for my birthday. The Hotel provided a free upgrade to us and prepared a birthday cake for me at breakfast! A total surprise! Impressive! There are a range of tours which you may join at the Hotel - and we picked the tea plucking class which we enjoyed very much. The surrounding environment is unbeatable - with leveled tea fields surrounding the Hotel. Would very much like to come back for another stay!」

「Myself & my partner stayed here for 2 nights. Unfortunately the photos on the website do not represent the actual rooms that you get. For some reason, the lovely tiled floors in the photos have since been replaced with a dark red, dirty carpet which instantly makes the room feel unclean. The shower head did not prop up. On arrival the toilet seat had dried up urine all over it. The red carpet had dead flies & many black hairs on it. There was often a very strange loud mystery noise that vibrated...

「一下車就被飯店正門吸引，很有英國殖民風格的飯店。與歷史淵源結合，真的是來此地最好的選擇。房間有暖爐，讓一下從30度平地來到此地的我們不至於因12度的夜晚而感冒。房間裝潢典雅，浴缸的配置也讓我們能夠讓我們在熱水中舒緩幾日以來在古蹟行走的辛勞。位置絕佳，致central market或是Post office 只需步行幾分鐘。英式花園小而美，一片陸地搭配主建築物讓我們好像似過去貴族。飯店附設的Grand india餐廳是我們在斯國吃到最好吃的餐，在hotels.com訂房還能享有15%的優惠，真的是很物超所值!」

「Sehr schönes Hotel in einer alten Teefabrik. Herausragend war die Freundlichkeit des Personals. Das Essen war herrvorragend und die Zimmer sehr sauber. Wir bekamen eine Führung in der Teefabrik wo uns der Teeprozess erklärt und gezeigt wurde. Auch eine Wanderung wurde angeboten. Alles in allem nur zu empfehlen!! Bei der Hinfahrt ist es besser nach dem Weg zu fragen. Google maps führt woanders hin. 」
