    - Living room: a sofa bed for two people, a folding bed for a child under 15, a TV, storage space, and a French window with an electric shutter opening onto a west-facing balcony with a view of the dunes and parking lot.
    - Kitchenette : 3-burner induction hob, refrigerator, microwave, mini oven, and a north-facing window.
    - Bathroom: bathtub and sink. Separate toilet.
    Pets not allowed. Linen not provided.
    Not accessible for people with reduced mobility.
    Out of season from September to June, electricity and heating charges are payable on departure based on meter readings.
