"Service was excellent. Everyone was so nice. Room was super clean and a lot of amenities. Price was reasonable for how spacious the room was. It housed 5 of us perfectly. There was 2 roll away beds in the closet for extra bedding. Also it was super close to all the shopping streets and the train station. Maybe like 10-15 mins walk. I am definitely coming back the next we are in Osaka. Thank you to the staff at Pg Kuromon."

"This was our favorite hotel of the trip! Great breakfast, amenities, laundry on site, massage chairs for free, the onsen. Amazing! Great location to everything we wanted to do and for transit. If I had to say one bad thing it’s that the pillows needed to be updated. They were hard and small. Otherwise, I would 1000% recommend this Place to anyone visiting Kyoto."

"Room on 30th floor was amazing, view was breathtaking. Plenty of space to get comfortable and have an enjoyable honeymoon. Area was practical and easy to access food, transportation, and local sites. Executive lounge was nicely stocked (whisky, gin, vodka, beer, wine, plenty of sodas, and some snacks) and quiet. Dining was fantastic."

"Overall it was a very good hotel, very nice, good location, rooms were well maintained, breakfast was excellent. The only problem we had was the bathroom. The wet room and tub allowed nowhere to leave anything hanging dry. So you needed to place your change outside where there’s no door for privacy when you step outside. Then there’s very little hooks to place towels or clothes. May be minor to some people, problematic to others."
