"We had a terrible time checking in. We almost had to leave. They had no information regarding our reservation. Apparently a disconnect between the individual apt owner, hotels.com, and the front desk. Also pool was never open yet—one of the main reasons we selected it. Also property is not a hotel. "O flat é muito bom: cama boa, eletrodomésticos novos, tudo limpo. Estacionamento fácil, comodidades ok. Praia na frente do prédio. O único defeito é o chuveiro: ou vc toma um banho gelado ou morre queimado. O pessoal que trabalha no prédio trata o hóspede com uma indiferença triste, atendimento bem ruim. Mas isso não tem nada a ver com o proprietário do flat."
