"My stay at Ramat Luxury Hotel was disappointing, and I cannot recommend this hotel to future guests. The road leading to the property is in terrible condition—our driver damaged his suspension and exhaust trying to reach the hotel. "DO NOT BOOK THIS PLACE!! The owner/manager is a horrible/rude person. I do not know where the miscommunication happened, Expedia or misrepresented by the owner/manager, but the owner/manager was extremely rude while trying to figure out what happened to our reservation. His words...don't bother coming at all...so we did not. Unfortunate because we were really looking forward to our stay. We travel to Ghana frequently and this was the first time ever we had trouble with any stays. BEWARE. "

"Familiär geführtes Guest House im Osten von Kumasi mit allen Annehmlichkeiten die man braucht. "Veronica Heights in Kumasi is an exceptional property. Check-in was seamless, and the reception team were welcoming and efficient. The food was absolutely delicious, and the service — especially from the general manager — was outstanding. A special mention to Eric, the bartender, for his warm and friendly approach. The entire place was kept spotless and beautifully maintained. I would highly recommend Veronica Heights to anyone visiting the area."
