“Room was nice and bigger than we thought. The hotel was clean and we'll maintained. Breakfast was good, but when we got down it was crowded. They batter for the waffles was empty and took awhile to get more out.”

“I felt mistreated by the staff during my stay, even though I tried to be a courteous guest and communicate respectfully. The hotel itself is in a great location, and the river view from the balcony was truly enjoyable. However, I would not choose this hotel again because of the treatment I received. There were no greetings, no smiles, and responses were neither prompt nor attentive. I had read many positive reviews about the staff before booking, so I expected at least decent hospitality.……

“The roon was okay but starting with reservation, the dates were wrong so had to call back to get them right. Was told whe I made the reservation that pets stayed free and the hotel had free continental breakfast, which they didn't and there was a pet fee. When we got to the room, thr recliner was very difficult to recline and the set up. Very uncomfortable to sit in. The bed was very firm and uncomfortable. The staff that checked us in was nice and apoligized for the misinformation that expedia……
