“The location was perfect, just a 10 minute walk to the centre. Situated right on the waters edge., the police was beautiful very well decorated and we loved the huge projector TV and the sound system.
The hot water tap wasn’t very hot so we bought a cheap kettle and there was no microwave.
Some of the lightbulbs needed changing also.
The beds were very comfy, there was so much space in the house and it has been beautifully renovated.
The outdoor area could do with a little revamp or even a hot……

“Stayed here with a group of 8 lads and it was exactly what we needed - Cheap, comfy and close to Leeds city centre (in a taxi). Beds were comfy and clean, we were provided towels which was a nice touch. Lounge had comfy sofa's as well as a nice size TV. Kitchen was fully kitted out with everything you need to cook and drink with. Bathroom was clean and also had shower gel to use.
Overall, I'd say the house itself isn't in the nicest area of Leeds, however, we had no issues while we stayed……
