Not quite glamping...

We were really excited to stay here, but there were multiple reasons we probably wouldn't again. The pictures make these tents looks like they are isolated. Instead they are located in a semicircle 10 feet each other, meaning there is not a lot of privacy and you will hear your neighbors' conversations. The path to get to our assigned tent was only partially cut, walking through 2-ft tall weeds. The screen material on our tent's entrance had a large rip and the zipper didn't work to fully close the bottom part. This may not have been an issue, except that it was fly-season in the area (July) and I didn't want to sleep with them in our tent. The heater they had in the tent was a small electric heater, not the scenic stove shown in images. The carpet rug of our unit was wet near the bed, not sure if dew or a leak somewhere. When we brought up these issues via the hotels.com chat to the management and asked to swap, they gave us another option of a neighboring tent, which also had screen rip issues and was right next to an occupied neighboring tent. We decided not to move and just get some sleep instead. The restroom facilities are a short walk inside the neighboring building, which appears to be hostel. There is one single toilet stall in each of the mens and womens restrooms, and a communal shower with 8 showerheads, no partitions. There was no shampoo/conditioner/soap in the showers. Good mattress, hotel was responsive to our messages, but it couldn't solve all the issues.

The grass in front of some of the tents was mowed, our was not.
The tent entrances have two layers (screen and mesh layers), the inside mesh had a 2 foot rip .
