“This location was exactly as described. It was one of most interesting and quite different from the average property. “Southern hospitality at its best! Our host welcomed us with a wonderful local goodies basket. To my surprise the clear ponchos that I had left at home to attend the Derby were included! “We stayed at this property with a group of guys for a bourbon tour weekend. The property is located just outside Louisville and was only a 10 dollar Uber downtown (or 10 minute drive). “We had a great time during our stay. Our entourage included my husband and I, 3 teenagers plus 2 large dogs. It was the perfect size for sleeping, but a little tight for hanging out unless you hang out outside on the hige deck over the river. The furniture is college dorm style, but works for the purposes we needed. All in all it is a cute little house and a great location.”

“Overall it was a good stay, the place was dated but very clean and we loved the little coffee bar setup. I really wouldn't recommend more than 4 people though it can hold more, it was a bit tight with 5 of us. Comments from my friend include the need for serving size bowls and to check dishes that guests have washed. Would also recommend some coat hooks over the shoe tray inside the front door. Overall, excellent host with good communication, we had a good stay for that part of our trip.”
