FIRST Sellin - holiday apartmentsLuxury vacation at one of the absolute hotspots of Rügen - that is the FIRST Sellin. Located directly above the main beach with the pier and with a wonderful view over the Baltic Sea to the chalk cliffs of Jasmund, the doors will open in autumn 2017 to a spectacular new building that is unparalleled on the island of Rügen. Behind the magnificent facade, which is based on style elements of the bathing architecture, luxurious holiday apartments in private ownership await your visit. High-end vacation with a personal touch!Located directly in front of the Selliner pier, First {{fewo_house :: objects}} houses holiday apartments with a size of approx. 53 to 214 m², a high-class restaurant and six shops along Wilhelmstrasse with a focus on fashion. The highlight of First Sellin is the roof landscape, on which an indoor swimming pool with a view of the Baltic Sea and chalk cliffs, a wellness area with saunas - also with sea view - and a sun terrace are created. House residents and holiday guests can enjoy the sun and the view of the beach and sea from here in the beach chair.

One of the pearls in the neat new building is the Windjammer holiday apartment, which is available for holiday-hungry holiday guests. Located on the first floor on the southeast side of the building, the Windjammer with around 54 sqm of living space is the ideal retreat for two adults and a maximum of two children up to 12 years. From the terrace, which is protected from wind and weather and stretches the entire length of the apartment, you have a beautiful view of the green, park-like garden. Here you can sit wonderfully, enjoy the healthy sea air and let your mind wander. And just a stone's throw away from FIRST, you are already at the seemingly endless sea ... In the apartment you can enjoy all the advantages and amenities of an exclusive holiday home, starting with area-wide underfloor heating, an elegant leather sofa, a wonderfully comfortable leather upholstered bed (1.80 x 2 , 00 m) and high quality TV and entertainment technology including free WiFi to the excellently equipped brand kitchen and the luxurious shower room. A landline phone is also available for a separate fee reimbursement. In addition, it is above all the selected details that show the love and care with which the owners have furnished the apartment for you, dear guests.
