On the ground floor you enter the house through a hallway with wardrobe and shoe cupboard. The light-filled living room has a large comfortable sofa, 2 chairs, coffee table, sideboard with flat screen TV, stereo with DVD - player, telephone and Internet wireless. A fireplace in this room provides an additional comfortable living atmosphere. From the lounge there is access to the beautiful terrace with 4 garden chairs and table, sun loungers and a charcoal grill. In the kitchen is a dining table with 4 chairs and baby highchair. The kitchen itself is mitCerankochfeld, oven, dishwasher, fridge freezer, microwave, washing machine without dryer, coffee maker, toaster, kettle fully equipped. Also on the ground floor there is also a guest bathroom with sink, toilet and walk-in shower. A staircase (with protective grilles for small children secured) leads to the upper floor with two separate bedrooms. These are equipped with comfortable double beds, bedside tables, reading lamps, wardrobes and a flat-screen TV. A small travel cot can be provided upon request for free after registration ready. Our 2010-2011 newly built manor houses - Antje, Jule, Thomas & Nile are only about 800 meters from the sandy beach on the Baltic Sea, located in the middle of the UNESCO Biosphere Reserve South East R������gen. From here you have ideal opportunities for hiking in the surrounding beech forests of Granitz, or to the beaches or Bodden. It is only 500 meters to the famous Selliner Wilhelmstraße with its unique spa architecture and international restaurants. The residential houses are modern and offer high standards of comfort and service for a relaxing holiday. Each of our homes is equipped with a private sauna and a fireplace and offers an Internet wireless access. More detailed information on the equipment can be found in the description of each property. On the grounds of our manor house there is a small children's playground and parking. For you have brought bicycles is a garaging available.
