Only a few meters to the beach. You made a good choice. The Residenz Seeblick is a modern, bathroom-style apartment block right on the Baltic Sea. There is a 1 room apartment with a balcony in a preferred location. Only a few meters to the beach of Sellin and the pier, the symbol of Sellin, speak for themselves. The reception is located in the house, where you can collect your keys. You can reach all apartments barrier-free with a glass elevator. 2 x wireless internet access are included. Each additional one costs 5 euros. The apartments are modern and have a well-equipped kitchenette with a dishwasher. The rooms have cable TV with DVD player and stereo with CD player. Storage facilities for your bicycles are in and at the house. A parking space is available for each apartment. From April to the end of October, we can deliver breakfast rolls to your door in the morning, if you wish. A sauna, solarium and whirlpool as well as washing machine and dryer are available in the common rooms for a fee. Please note, this house is a non-smoking house, you can smoke on the balconies.
